Horrible customer service!! Purchased a couch from them couple years ago. Ordered the down on the couch and the pillows. Went to wash the covers for the first time since I got the couch and one of my pillows they stuffed with green stuffing. It is not a down pillow like the rest of them!! I called and customer service said they can’t help me because it was past my 3 day rights which the law requires them to do. I asked to speak with management and they said they are not available but that they looked at my information before she called me and management said they are sorry but they can’t help me because it is too long. Of course management can look at my information but management can’t speak with me. I work in customer service and that is HORRIBLE!! I don’t want my money back I am just wanting to get the pillow that I paid for! I know they can get this pillow and make it right they just choose to have horrible customer service!!! I do not recommend this company!! They responded back on google with we will take your feed back and try to be better. If you truly cared to make things better you would acknowledge the wrong and make it right with your current customers!! Worst customer service!
